Shipping and payment terms

A shipment of the goods is possible by default only to the countries listed below. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you want shipping to another country, then please write us an email to service@friedrich-pm.com before ordering and please tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - we will inform you of the shipping costs, as we must ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

Goods deliveries are made via the German parcel service (DPD).

All prices in the store are inclusive of VAT at the legally valid rate.
(currently 19%), but excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are visible for each selected product.
