Friedrich Performance for the Porsche 991.2 Carrera GTS

A sports friend with the extra portion of breed

It's the three magic letters GTS that make Porsche drivers' hearts beat faster. GTS stands for Gran Turismo Sport and is a designation from motorsport.

In 1963, the 904 Carrera was the first Porsche vehicle to receive the sporty name addition GTS. After a long hiatus, Porsche has continued to produce GTS models since 1981, which stand for more character and the sporty derivation of their model series.

The 991 Carrera GTS is powered by a 3.0-liter biturbo engine with 450 hp, which provides plenty of driving pleasure.

In order to optimize the sound and performance of the six-cylinder engine, the technicians at Friedrich Performance Manufaktur developed a rear muffler with flap control that was specially tuned to the Porsche Carrera GTS.
