Thermo integral insulation

As an option, we offer Thermo-Integral insulation for all exhaust systems and catalytic converters. The insulation causes a reduction in heat radiation of up to 50% and is used to protect temperature-sensitive engine components from radiant heat and to improve the functioning of catalytic converters.

The insulation consists of a 0.1mm thick stainless steel foil with an embossing on the outside and a 4-12mm thick insulation mat on the inside. Due to the low thickness of the insulation, the additional weight is reduced to a minimum.

The insulation can be installed on exhaust manifolds, exhaust pipes, catalytic converters, diesel filters and mufflers. Our insulations are customized for your plant, wound by hand and welded by machine.

The origin of insulation is in motor sports and thus holds Temperature peaks from to 1100˚C stood.
